Subhashis is a Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years of experience and is one of the founder Partners of Axis Risk Consulting Services. He has spent in excess of 11 years in the area of process consulting, internal audit, risk management, and governance and had also contributed significantly in the setting-up of Andersen’s Risk Consulting Practice in India.

Subhashis currently leads relationship for global internal audit and Sox engagements in Axis for Fortune companies. He is the Subject Matter Partner for SOx. He has in excess of 5,000 hours of personal experience in the Sarbanes Oxley space and has trained more than 500 client personnel / professionals globally. Prior to founding Axis, as a member of the Global Centre of Excellence for Business Risk Services of Ernst & Young in Cleveland, USA, Subhashis was part of the core team that developed the Global Methodology for Ernst & Young’s Business Risk Services practice to assist management’s in their SOX implementation journey.

Subhashis has significant experience in process and governance solutions in across Automobile, Chemicals and Manufacturing industry sector. He has also been actively engaged with premier Business Schools in India with presentations on critical aspects of risk management, apart from having visiting faculty status with some of the Business Schools. He is also active in various industry forums in discussion on matters of risk management and human capital resources

Subhashis is also responsible for all training matters in Axis.
