We would do a quick review of these potential deal breakers to determine an upfront quick “go / no go” decision – this helps you in saving your time and costs in otherwise pursuing a deal which might not meet your parameters.
• Detailed Diligence – Should you determine to move ahead with the proposed transaction, our professionals would then conduct a thorough review of the business, financial information – both historical and prospective, as also the commercial and business issues which merit your consideration.  We partner with third-party experts to deal with any complex tax or transaction structuring issues that might crop us.
