Shatrughna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and has qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1995. Shatrughna brings an unusual blend of Consulting and Industry experiences and has in depth understanding of Business processes across the value chain. He has about 16 years of post qualification professional experience, out of which 4 years in Risk Consulting and the balance in Managerial & leadership positions in the FMCG, Telecom & Retail sector.

During his Risk Consulting experience he has been the Sector Leader (Risk Services) in FMCG, Telecom, Infrastructure and Hospitality Sectors and has handled large clients from a service delivery, relationship management and quality assurance perspectives. He has undertaken formal training in ERM while in PwC and has handled large ERM projects of companies like Bata, Dabur, Airtel, Ansal API etc. While working in the Industry, he has handled key functions like Accounting, Business & Financial Planning, Commercial, Management Accounting, Distribution & Logistics and IT functions.

He has worked in Leadership roles for Large MNC s like PepsiCo, Cargill, PwC and large Indian Companies like Bharti Airtel, Reliance Retail and Mother Dairy. He has also worked extensively on projects in the Middle East, South East Asia and African countries.
