With over 16 years of risk consulting and audit experience, Rahul is responsible for the ‘Global Delivery’ of Axis’ solutions focusing on the European market. Rahul has experience in internal audit, process reviews & implementation, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, Ethical and Responsible Business Practices. Rahul’s existing suite of customers include several manufacturing companies with global operations, including in the CP&G, real-estate & construction, pharma & research industry.

Before Axis, Rahul was part of the senior leadership team at a $500 million (45%+ CAGR) NYSE listed company where he played several roles over a 5 year period; Head of M&A, Head of Risk Management, Chief Audit Executive & Group Counsel. As part of this company, Rahul helped close 3 deals and saw the company through a clean & efficient SOX compliance.

Prior to that, Rahul was part of the financial services practice of a big-4 for 9 years; including having responsibilities for the banking and insurance industry advisory practices in India. As part of this service line, Rahul helped financial services clients improve regulatory compliance, improved operational efficiencies in processes, conducted fraud investigations and provided M&A transaction support.
